Hyde Family Pool Villa This family-friendly luxury modern zen villa is perfect for vactions or gatherings. The villa has various facilities such as a large swiming pool with jacuzzis and pool table for full entertainment of your stay. In a prime location with easy commute to the city, close to convenient stors, and fresh markets, the villa is a great choice for a relaxing experience with your loved ones. There is also food service and transportation service upon request at the guests own expenses. The Space The house is a minimal modern 2 story villa with a large swimming pool. ⁃ 8 bedrooms ⁃ 9 bathrooms ⁃ Large common area - Pool table ⁃ Western-style Kitchen with appliances ⁃ Large TV 85 “ ⁃ Large wrap-around pool deck ⁃ Garden ⁃ 2 parking spaces This villa is spacious and can host up to 22 people! It’s a perfect stay for vacation with families, business groups, or large groups of friends. There are up to 8 bedrooms and bathrooms in the villa which allows everyone to have their own space and privacy. The house is decorated with light colored furniture with contrasts of wooden pieces all throughout the home, creating a warm and calming environment. Our spacious floor plan allows an open atmosphere where anyone can hang out at any corner of the house. The first floor has 3 guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Two of the rooms has a great view of the swimming pool and garden. Our large common area is perfect for entertaining with a large TV, pool table, and large western kitchen. The long dinner table also allows for a great dinner party with a glistening view of the pool. The second floor consists of 5 bedrooms. A master bedroom, 2 primary suits, and 2 rooms with double queen beds. The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and a bath tub in the master bathroom. The primary suit is cozy and perfect for privacy of couples or teenagers. And the double queen beds is comfortable for anyone sharing rooms while having the comfort of a large bed. The common area opens up to the pool deck which is spacious and a nice hangout spot. The pool is a salt-water pool with a jaccuzi and a perfect size for both adults and kids. The gate is remote controlled and surrounding walls of the property are constructed high to ensure our guests ultimate privacy. NOISE POLICY ⁃ Please keep loud activities indoors after 10:00pm including NO jumping in the pool and causing loud disturbances. Commute ⁃ 22 minutes to the airport ⁃ 15 minutes into Chiang mai Old City ⁃ 15 minutes to Central Festival Mall ⁃ 10 minutes to cafes ⁃ 5 minutes to convenient stores ⁃ 10 minutes to a Golf Driving range and Go-kart The location of the villa is convenient and close to many well-known restaurants, cafes, and malls. It is an easy commute to the convenient stores, kfc, and restaurants. And even close to the driving range and go-kart center to kill some time with these fun activities! It is also convenient to order food online via Grab Food, Food panda, and Lineman or transports via Uber, Grab, and Bolt.
