This condo is well equipped for work with a: * Large working desk * Full size ergonomic desk chair * HD Acer Monitor with all needed cables * Ethernet cable * 300+ MBPS upload & download internet connection * Full size mouse pad * Lighting perfect for recording YouTube videos or taking Zoom calls * A background specifically designed for video calls or YouTube videos * Thick concrete walls eliminating the majority of outside sounds * Multiple power strips The location of the building is perfect for being able to easily walk many places. * You're 2 minutes walking from One Nimman (shopping & dining) * 4 minutes walking from Maya mall * 16 minutes walking or 4 minutes driving from old town * 13 minutes driving from Central Festival mall * 19 minutes driving from Chiang Mai Airport * The nearest full size grocery store is 5 minutes walking * The nearest convince store is 6 minutes walking Within minutes you can reach dozens of restaurants and coffee shops, and it's also easy to have food delivered. The building has pay-to-use sauna, steam room, ice bath, and also a fully equipped gym. Additionally there's restaurants, coffee shops, a barber, nail studio, and aesthetic clinic within the building. For longer term guests (3+ months) pool access can also be arranged, however this is not available to short term guests. Other information about the room: * There's a large balcony with views of both mountains and the city * We have basic cooking supplies for simple meals * Our washing machine is sufficient for short and long stays, with drying rack outside. * Our bed is medium firm, with a topper that makes it much softer, but if you don't like a soft mattress the topper can be removed. * Inside the bathroom is a tub, as well as a shower with hot water (that stays hot for long periods of time) * I've left behind some puzzles, board games, and also a handful of books in both Thai and English, mainly business & self help books.
